About Pinnacle

A boutique practice built by senior program leaders — not a pyramid of juniors.

Pinnacle Consulting is an independent enterprise practice specializing in PMO design, AI enablement, and transformation leadership. We were founded to close a gap our leaders kept encountering inside Fortune enterprises, federal and state governments, and global organizations: strategy that is well-articulated, delivery that is well-staffed, and nothing connecting the two. That connective tissue — the operating system between strategy and delivery — is the work we do.

The practice

Who we are

Our consultants are senior operators — former Global Portfolio Managers, PMO Directors, and Digital Transformation leads who have stood up program offices, recovered stalled investments, and delivered enterprise change inside organizations where the room does not have time for a learning curve.

We are intentionally small and intentionally senior. Every engagement is led by a principal who owns the outcome — not a partner who sells it and disappears. Our consultants operate across three countries today, with active expansion into new markets as demand grows.

Where we work

Who we serve

We work across the size and stakes spectrum. Pinnacle engagements have ranged from a $5,000 executive advisory session to enterprise portfolios approaching $1B. Our clients include Fortune enterprises, federal and state government bodies, global industrial groups, financial services, professional sports organizations, and venture-backed growth companies.

What our clients share is not size — it is the shape of the problem. Something important is not moving, and the cost of it continuing to not move is unacceptable.

What we believe

Four convictions that shape every engagement

Governance is decision infrastructure.

The best PMOs are not report factories. They are the mechanism by which an organization decides — quickly, clearly, and with accountability.

Adoption is the last mile of every investment.

A platform installed is not a platform used. We treat change management as an engineering discipline, not an afterthought.

Ambiguity, not complexity, is what stalls programs.

Complexity can be sequenced. Ambiguity compounds. Our first move on every engagement is to name what is unclear and give it an owner.

Executive intelligence should reduce surprise.

If your board deck exceeds forty pages, it is hiding something. We build reporting that gets to the ask on page one.
