Accessibility Statement

We design and maintain this site to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Where a gap is identified, we treat it as a defect and fix it.

• Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page.
• Keyboard operability for all navigation, menus, and forms, with visible focus indicators.
• Accessible names on icon-only controls and labels on every form field.
• Color contrast checked against WCAG AA, with color never used as the only signal.
• Responsive layouts and tap targets sized for touch on phone and tablet.
• Motion used decoratively and kept subtle, so content remains readable without animation.

Downloadable templates are distributed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF formats; not every file has been remediated for screen-reader tagging yet. If you need an accessible version of any resource, ask and we will provide one at no cost.

For government engagements we can provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT-format) covering deliverables produced under the contract, and we build client-facing artifacts to the agency’s stated 508 requirements.
