We use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, synthesis, and analysis. A named senior consultant reviews and is accountable for every deliverable that reaches a client. AI does not make recommendations on our behalf, and we disclose AI-assisted work products on request or where the engagement requires it.

• Client-confidential data is not entered into consumer AI tools or any service that trains on submitted content.
• We use enterprise or zero-retention configurations where AI is applied to client material.
• Where a client prohibits AI use entirely, we honor that and document it in the statement of work.
• Regulated data — PHI, CUI, payment card, or export-controlled material — is excluded from AI workflows unless a client-approved, compliant environment is in place.

• Human accountability: a person, not a model, owns every recommendation.
• Provenance: sources are checked; AI-generated statistics are verified or removed.
• Bias and fairness review on any model output that touches people decisions.
• No synthetic testimonials, credentials, or case results — everything on this site reflects real work.
